Where do you take the waste?

All waste is taken to licensed transfer stations that have sorting areas to separate the waste. All sites we use operate 100% landfill diversion policies meaning everything that can be is reused or recycled. What types of collection do we do?

Our waste clearance services are used by many different companies for different types of collections from construction site waste, fly-tipped waste clearances and freezer breakdowns in supermarkets; to office and shop refurbishments and general clearances. No job is too big or too small. Book us for a one-off collection, regular scheduled services or get a quote for a larger team for larger site clearances.

What if I need to change the collection time at the last minute?

Our flexible and reliable approach gives customers peace of mind they can call with last minute time changes to suit project needs or request additional lifts at short notice and we’ll always try our best to fulfil those needs.

Can you supply waste reports after collection?

Yes, our back office admin team will be able to produce all the information you need to confirm the dates we attended site(s), site addresses including postcodes, waste type collected and the weight if you need us to confirm that too. When waste is collected you will always be given a Duty of Care by the driver to acknowledge that we’ve collected your waste and to confirm where that is being taken too.

Can you collect electrical equipment? (i.e Fridges, Televisions, Computers, etc)

Yes, we offer fully compliant collection services for electrical and electronic items. We offer bespoke pricing for these types of collections so speak to one of our account managers and they will be able to give you a price based on what you need taking away. We an also obtain certificates of destruction for computers and laptops on request – just let us know in advance.

All electrical and electronic waste (WEEE) is taken to specialist disposal facilities and we provide a full audit trail to confirm where waste was collected from and where its taken to. We can also arrange certificates of destruction on request if needed too – just let us know in advance.

A Waste Transfer Note (WTN) is a legal document that details the transfer of waste from one person to another – in this situation, from your business to us. It ensures that there is a clear trail from where the waste is produced until it is disposed of.

What is Duty of Care (DOC) and how do I get one?

A Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note ensures there is a clear paper trail from when the waste is produced until it is disposed of. You must keep your waste transfer notes for at least two years and be able to produce them on demand to the Environment Agency or local authority.

What goes on in residual (general) waste?

Residual waste – or as you may call it at home ‘general waste’ – is a term we use for materials that are not easy to recycle. This can include materials such as: hard plastics, sweet and crisp wrappers, polystyrene and soiled food wrapping.
